1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bc222 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by bc222 — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all aspects of the bc222 platform, including the sports betting section, the live casino, the slots library, the D&T Ranking section, the lottery section, and all promotional materials.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access bc222. If you are registering a new account, acceptance is also confirmed by checking the agreement checkbox during the registration process. bc222 maintains a record of the version of these Terms that was in effect at the time each account was created.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside bc222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bc222.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a bc222 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing bc222 from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of bc222, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the bc222 Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by bc222 as a result of a prior account investigation.
• You have not previously had a bc222 account closed or suspended due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not using bc222 for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of sanctions.

bc222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by bc222 may result in account suspension and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bc222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different device fingerprints, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with the forfeiture of any bonus balances held in those accounts.

When registering your bc222 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Bangladesh), a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a false identity, a pseudonym, or another person's details at any stage of the registration process.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bc222 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where offered by bc222.
• Not share your bc222 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify bc222 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• Log out of your bc222 session when using a shared or public device.

bc222 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from bc222 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@bc222.io immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before bc222 processes any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued national ID card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and screenshots or confirmation of the payment methods you use on the platform. bc222 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bc222 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The following payment methods are supported on the bc222 platform:

• bKash — mobile financial service; minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Nagad — mobile financial service; minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking; minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 1 hour.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet; minimum deposit ৳500; processing times as displayed at time of transaction.
• Bank Transfer — available for withdrawals above ৳10,000 via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks; processing time 1–3 business days.

Deposits credited to your bc222 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. bc222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

bc222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside bc222's control. bc222 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

bc222 reserves the right to implement withdrawal limits as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures. Single withdrawal limits and weekly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of your withdrawal request if applicable. Players with active bonuses may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as described in Clause 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bc222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

All bonuses awarded by bc222 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements are as follows:

• Welcome deposit bonuses: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Free bet credits: winnings generated from free bets must be wagered a minimum of 5 times before withdrawal.
• Cashback bonuses: typically subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless the promotion states otherwise.
• VIP rewards and loyalty bonuses: specific wagering requirements communicated at the time of award.

Only wagers placed on qualifying games and markets contribute toward bonus wagering requirements. bc222 maintains a game contribution table that specifies the percentage contribution of each game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting typically contributes 100% on single bets with minimum odds of 1.50. bc222 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk arbitrage betting strategies to clear bonus wagering requirements, or any other activity that bc222 reasonably determines was not in the spirit of the promotional offer.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bc222 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. The following general principles apply across all bc222 betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bc222 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed on the platform, except where an obvious system error is identified by bc222.
• bc222 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice due to significant match events, data feed interruptions, or at bc222's discretion for risk management purposes.
• For cricket betting, all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series rules are governed by the official ICC and BCB rules for the relevant competition. Specific market rules (e.g., top batsman, highest opening partnership) are published in the bc222 cricket rules section.
• All RNG-based slot and casino games on bc222 use independently audited random number generators. Results are generated in real time and cannot be influenced by bc222 or the player after a round has commenced.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules displayed at each live table govern the conduct of that game.

bc222 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of bets per event for any player, market, or game at any time without prior notice. This is a standard risk management measure and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bc222 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human means to interact with the bc222 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bc222 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to bc222 support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which bc222 offers betting markets.
• Using the bc222 platform for money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, layering funds through multiple accounts, or using bc222 as a vehicle to convert illegally obtained funds into clean currency.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Impersonating another person, bc222 staff, or any other entity in any communication with bc222 or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.
• Posting or transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content in any communication channel provided by bc222.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bc222 platform — including but not limited to the bc222 name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, sound effects, software, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bc222 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bc222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any bc222 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the bc222 platform or its software.
• Use any bc222 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context outside the bc222 platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bc222 website on any other website or application.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tool to collect information from bc222 for commercial purposes.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is licensed to bc222 and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. The same usage restrictions apply.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bc222 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bc222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, bc222 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside bc222's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc222's aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bc222 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bc222 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Losses arising from a failure of internet connectivity, mobile data network outage, or device malfunction on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with responsible gaming guidelines or these Terms & Conditions.
• Any third-party content, software, or services accessed via links or integrations on the bc222 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your bc222 account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bc222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bc222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bc222 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bc222 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, hashed and salted password storage, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits.

bc222 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with:

• Payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions.
• Identity verification and KYC service providers for the purpose of fulfilling bc222's verification obligations.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities where bc222 is legally required to disclose information.

11 Termination & Suspension

You may close your bc222 account at any time by contacting support@bc222.io. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

bc222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bc222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• bc222 receives a valid self-exclusion request from you, in which case the account will be suspended immediately and permanently for a minimum of the requested exclusion period.
• Continued operation of your account would expose bc222 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure by bc222 due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned following the completion of any pending investigation, which bc222 aims to resolve within 30 business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bc222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bc222 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification visible upon the player's next login. The updated Terms will display a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bc222 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using bc222 and may request account closure as described in Clause 11.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to the list of supported payment methods — may be made without individual notification. bc222 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bc222 platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between you and bc222, you should first contact bc222's customer support team at support@bc222.io with a clear description of the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. bc222 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 15 business days of receipt.

If bc222's customer support team is unable to resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to bc222's senior compliance team, which will conduct an independent review and provide a final written decision within 30 business days of escalation. bc222's decision following the escalation process shall be final and binding, except where you have a statutory right to seek further redress under applicable Bangladeshi law.

bc222 does not engage in arbitration proceedings or participate in any third-party alternative dispute resolution scheme beyond the internal escalation process described above.
